SSLSessionCacheTimeout, SSLCryptoDevice and SSLHonorCipherOrder are currently hardcoded in ssl.conf.erb.
This PR allows those to be overridden via parameters to apache::mod::ssl.
This will also fix https://tickets.puppetlabs.com/browse/MODULES-1851.
