Prior to this commit the Module was called RSAN, which was an acroynm for Remote support access node.
This Module has use outside of this function as one stop location for maintenance and logging so the new name reflects the function.
This version also now uses Puppet Operational Dashboards instead of its predecessor puppet metrics dashboards
