Ideally there would be an indicator on the main slide window that a question has been asked.

Makes questions much more interactive

* When viewers ask questions, they're added to their sidebar.
* They can click on questions in their sidebar to cancel them.
* When instructors complete a question, the asker is notified:
  * their hamburger will pulse
  * the question is struck through
* The display view maintains a very visible count of open questions.
  * I suspect that will be better styled shortly.
