Minirazz VIAL-QMK firmware, second release

Includes bugfix for spamming characters, found by marfrit.

New features compared to the already available ZMK firmware:

  • VIAL features
  • solenoid driver support
  • sym_eager_pk debouncing (resulting in lower latency)

Known issues:

  • If a key is held while the keyboard is plugged in, it won't enumerate on USB until that key is released. (In case of a stuck key this could make it seem like the keyboard is dead) (See Issue #1 )
