request add a native preset system

we could benefit from a native preset support and I know there are many strategies and possibilities. There are numerous attempts for vanilla and that use externals, but we could have a built in system with some changes to the core and that work out of the box for native GUIs (iemguis, number/symbol/list boxes and arrays).

Should be worth looking into pd-l2ork's system, which already has laid down a system with some changes to the core we could just backport
