When compiling a VS solution in a workspace that hasn't had any packages restored the build fails because the global packages are not restored. Hence there the GitVersion packages would normally be missing.

…his package will be part of the packages list for a Visual Studio project if it is installed. This ensures that this package is restored in a Visual Studio restore process.
