[VSCODE] Directly call Azure Static Web Apps CLI

The VSCode API allows you to call another extension directly from your extension.

Do you have an implementation or a solution in mind?

After discussing internally, it looks like this would be very possible for us to do with the Azure Static Web Apps extension. This would be an awesome improvement over our current experience which is more of a guided tutorial.
