DPF in build docs CICD

Implement DPF in the Docs build.

To be merged after #1445 since this is a branch from that one. Also to merge after #1452 since this one implements that one too.

So far the docs aren't building because of a possible issue in the file uploader;

ansys/pydpf-core#466

Until this is not fixed, we can't move forward.
