This addresses #125. A new optional parameter is added, include_ttl, that allows TTLs to be returned. It works alongside include_timestamp as well.

I think there is a problem with the Cassandra server used in Travis, it does not start and the test fails.

Yeah, I'm not sure what's up with Cassandra on Travis; I'm looking into it but not having any luck so far.
