[설명]
스코어보드에 상위랭크 10위까지를 표시
순위, 아이디, 프로필사진, 점수

[작업 시간]
2day

[완료 조건]

DB의 scoreboard 테이블에서 점수순으로 내림차순 정렬후 10개의 rows를 가져옴
해당 rows의 uid를 가지고 user테이블에서 아이디와 프로필 사진정보를 가져옴
템플릿에 넣고 잘 버무려줌 -> 잘 출력된다 만세
