Up to v0.14.4 the navbar was sticky, now with v0.15.1 is scrolls away (up), is this intended behaviour? For me sticky is the prefrred behaviour, so I would at least like it to be configurable, but I could not find any option to do so.

already reported in #1627 and #1644 and #1648, and already fixed by #1630. please do search issues (both open and closed ones) before reporting.

Given how many people are running into this (for me it's also one of the reason to pin to an older version in projects like pandas and arrow), are there plans to do a 0.15.2 release with this shortly?
(I don't know where releases are being discussed, don't see an issue about it)

I'm waiting for someone to review #1642, then plan to do a point release. Will self-merge #1642 on Friday if nobody reviews by then.

(normally we use a block-release tag for major bugs, and otherwise releases are done ad-hoc, though in theory we're on a quasi-calendar-based cycle).

Indeed fixed in 0.15.2.dev0.
