The current Pygame installation instructions in the pygame/README.rst file could use some clarity and detail. They don't cover using python3 on systems with both Python 2 and Python 3, lack clear steps for manually installing missing pip or pip3, and miss system-specific instructions for Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
