Makes sure that pyinstaller gets all the required libraries when bundling pygame 2 projects into an exe.

This is the wrong place to ask a question as this is a merged pull request. You could try asking on discord, reddit or stackoverflow but if it is just asking about how to use pyinstaller with pygame there are lots of answers already on the internet:
