Terminal256 - support "reverse background" lightbg/darkbg #1430

The source for terminal256.py says it all:

#  - An option to indicate that we are running in "reverse background"
#    xterm. This means that default colors are white-on-black, not
#    black-on-while, so colors like "white background" need to be converted
#    to "white background, black foreground", etc...

Note terminal.py already has a form of this, but I need moar colors.
