ABAP 7.40 has added several new keywords to the language. http://scn.sap.com/community/abap/blog/2013/07/22/abap-news-for-release-740

Syntax highlighting would be nice to have particularly for the constructor expressions:
NEW, VALUE, REF, CONV, CAST, EXACT, COND and SWITCH
