Add travis.yml with instructions to install sphin and travis-sphinx. Also builds pages and deploys them.
Added the _static folder of sphixn which is neede for travis-sphinx
Removed Plugins from autodoc that caused problems with the sphinx build
Fixed sphinx warning by excluding translate.py because of faulty Docstring format. Fixed Docstrings in main.py
Removed the change for testing travis functionality

Added .travis.yml and removed sphinx warnings by fixing rst files and Docstrings or removing plugins from autodoc (necessary for sphinx-travis).
