Install MariaDB Connector/C from official MariaDB Community Server repository. The version shipped with Ubuntu 20.04 is too old and is not supported by mariadb >= 1.1.3.

In mariadb >= 1.1.0, several modules from mariadb.constants need to be added as hidden imports. Collect all submodules from that sub-package, just to be on the safe side...
