Pyjamas book javascript error and page size problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. go to http://pyjs.org/book/output/Bookreader.html with firefox 3.6
2. press space or scroll down if you can

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I get "JavaScript Error: $doc.getBoxObjectFor is not a function at line
number 7554. Please inform webmaster. " printed out about dozen times.

also, the manual content section doesn't ever seem to fit the browser
screen. you have to manually scroll down (using space, because scrolling is
apparently disabled) a bit to see everything.

sorted the scrolling thing.

please can you inform us which web browser you're using: it'll be something odd, a specific version of firefox.

the scrolling seems to work now. I tested with firefox 3.6.3. (ubuntu). I can't see any errors either.
