Add full adaptation as option to pm.sample

#3596 and #3705 added support for full mass matrix adaptation, with an optional multiplier for expanding adaptation windows.

We should expose this into the pm.sample function as an option to the init parameter: this will give users the choice on what adaptation routine they want (we should leave the default as it is, though).
