arviz compatiblity on travis is failing:

It seems that it's failing when trying conda uninstall arviz -y, as if ArviZ wasn't on the environement in the first place: PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are missing from the target environment.
Could it be related to @aseyboldt's pip-to-conda PR that you just merged? ArviZ was installed through pip before, IIRC.
In which case, deleting this line from travis.yml and adding it back in another PR (thus insuring that ArviZ was indeed installed and then uninstalled by conda) could do the trick?

@AlexAndorra That's probably the reason. Could be that this is due to caching. We use the same cache for all test subsets, so if we happen to use the cache of the wrong one, we might see an error like this.
I don't see why this wouldn't have been a problem before the conda switch though.
If this is true, we should be able to fix this by always re-installing arviz when we set up the env, even if it exists already.
