feat: add ROI camera widget fro pymmcore_widget

This PR adds the CameraRoiWidget widget from pymmcore_widgets.

With this PR we can control the camera ROI with a napari shape layer.

To be merged after pymmcore-plus/pymmcore-widgets#47.
