I am not 100% sure I understand. Apart from this: you can play with the hgighlight annotation's blend mode. The standard is "Multiply" which makes underlying text come through clearly ... if it is darker than the highlight color. Otherwise you cannot selectively change the color of existing text ... you have to rewrite it. |

Black text in another language (not English, as this is a translation) is on top of the image. The image shows black text in English. I need the English text not to interfere with reading the translation. |

Hello. Can you please tell me how I can make the color of a text layer red? And maybe increase it a little. And it's possible to add an opaque background to just the text, not the entire page. I translated the PDF through Google Translator, which had the letters under the page images and now the black letters of the original are superimposed on a black text layer in a different language. Because of this, it is not clear what is written. I need to either change the color of the text layer or make an opaque background under the lines of text.
