  • Expand default license file inclusion globs. This uses the same patterns as setuptools/wheel with the addition of 'LICENSES/*.txt' for REUSE.
  • Ensure matching license files are always included in sdists.
  • Warn users when no license files are detected.
  • Add unit tests
