If there are markers specified in requirements.txt they are not currently transferred to Pipfile while generating it. This commit adds markers to Pipfile as defined in requirements.txt

The issue

Using Pipenv with requirements.txt fails when generating Pipfile if there are markers defined in requirements.txt and those markers are for example specifying diffrent os. For example this requirements.txt:
windows-curses==2.3.1 ; sys_platform == 'win32' and python_version == '3.11'
When run under Linux OS with:
pipenv install -r requirements.txt
Throws the following error:

[ResolutionFailure]: File "/home/geonik/Project/piptest/venv/lib/python3.11/site-packages/pipenv/resolver.py", line 704, in _main

The fix

This PR fixes the problem mentioned by supplying back the markers to Pipfile generator

The checklist

 • [] Associated issue
 • A news fragment in the news/ directory to describe this fix with the extension .bugfix.rst, .feature.rst, .behavior.rst, .doc.rst. .vendor.rst. or .trivial.rst (this will appear in the release changelog). Use semantic line breaks and name the file after the issue number or the PR #.

If there are markers specified in requirements.txt they are not currently transferred to Pipfile while generating it. This commit adds markers to Pipfile as defined in requirements.txt

@geonik-code Can you adjust the lint failure and add a news fragment?

Following up on this again -- can the lint issue be addressed so the CI will run?

Bug Fixes

Removal of pydantic from pythonfinder and pipenv; reduced complexity

to mark requirement as editable install.

do_run_nt
shell logic, as the original reasons for that
patch were no longer valid.
