Changes: - Move embedded URIs out, for readability of source. - Move notes and warnings into blockquotes for emphasis. - Make one paragraph per line. (I use soft-wrapping) - Move paragraphs explaining the role of `Pipfile` and `Pipfile.freeze` to Concept - Some rewording and formatting
