The failure in https://github.com/pypa/setuptools/runs/7056572920 for opensuse-tumbleweed-standard is a distribution bug, see https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1194605

Hey @mkoeppe, this workflow has been failing for 4 months now and needs fixing: https://github.com/pypa/setuptools/actions/workflows/ci-sage.yml.

Also, it probably needs a pull_request trigger with a path filter so that it runs if a PR makes any updates to the workflow itself.
