This milestone aims at detailing the missing steps towards having PyPSA-Earth able to execute most countries worldwide as single countries, not aggregates.
This milestone differs from v0.3 and v1.0 as each country is addressed independently, while v0.3 targets multi-continental energy systems (e.g. Africa+Middle East), and v1.0 targets the full Earth model.
