Add observed wind farm power densities to validation script.
We use as socio-technical wind farm power densities 2MW/km2 for onshore and 3 MW/km2 for offshore.
Looking at the stats this seems ok. Accessing a database for wind farms would be great. Now only a selection of powerplants were used.
