Due to a bug in LayoutExists, the automatic switch to debug layout doesn't work.

function TPyIDEMainForm.LayoutExists(const Layout: string): Boolean;
begin
  Result := Layouts.IndexOf(Name) >= 0;   // Name must be replaced by Layout
end;
