What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install python-2.7.2.msi (for all users)
2.Install PyScripter-v2.5.3-Setup.exe (for all users)
3.Run PyScripter (latest version) or PyScripter 2.7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PyScripter does not open, "Python could not be properly initialized."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PyScripter 2.5.3 32 bit
Python 2.7.2 32 bit
Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
If I copy HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Python and sub keys and 
values to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Python , PyScripter also spits out error 
126: Could not open Dll "python27.dll"

By  accident I included the 64 bit executable in the 32 bit installation file.  
Sorry.  Will reupload tonight.
