Python 3.4 introduced pathlib, an OOP approach to file paths. This new part of
the standard library also introduces a number of methods for manipulating files
that are not currently handled by pyfakefs.

Added fake_pathlib implementation

- added implementation and test for fake pathlib
- moved some functionality from FakeOsModule to FakeFilesystem to be
able to use it from fake pathlib
- added follow_symlinks argument to to some funxtions in FakeOsModule
(stat, chmod, chown, access, utime)
- added replace() and lchmod()
- fixes #29
