Add latest checksums for Python 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9 #313

This builds off of @tcumby's PR #312 which added the latest checksum for Python 3.8.

@jcfr I can issue a follow-up like #307 that would update the CI to use these latest versions and to update the default to 3.9.12 or I can do it here in this PR. Your choice.
