Add links to "Working with Files and Media" wiki page from docstrings #3423

after #3421 (that was closed) and in the spirit of #3306 addressing #3110.

After creating a wiki page on Files and Media I'm adding links to this page to docstrings of some classes/methods.

(Sorry, I forgot the branch name should be a noun)
