This is a follow-up to PR #66, updating iframes to now use srcdoc. Support for srcdoc was added to Microsoft Edge shortly after that PR. Internet Explorer still does not support srcdoc, but that browser is being phased out (support ends June 15, 2022).

Even though Notebooks still have to be trusted for the maps to load, I still like this change because it's a simplification. And who knows, maybe it will be better in some other applications if we don't rely on JS anymore to load the map html.

@dstein64 if you have no more comments I'll go ahead and merge this.
