At this time I cannot download any of the PDF documentation files for
Python 3.1.1 because I get the "Not Found" error for all four of them.
I'm referring to the files linked at
http://docs.python.org/3.1/download.html

The files in question are accessible at this time. I can only hope that
the issue doesn't recur.
