Translate methods and properties

Hi everybody,

I translated the "Methods and Properties" section.

It includes the following sentence:

目前有個問題是，你的 PoEdit 設定好像有跑掉，造成有許多更動是不必要的；我已經補了一個 commit 調整回來。
請你幫忙把 PoEdit 的換行位置調整成 79 字元，然後在輸入以下指令後重新儲存 library/pathlib.po 一次看看是否還會出現多餘的更動。

git branch --set-upstream-to=origin/pathlib
git pull origin pathlib

我根據 #464 (comment) 的方式設定 Poedit

但是在按下儲存時還是會產生不必要的變更，以 howto/sockets.po 為例：
當我在 Poedit 按下儲存後，在 #: ../../howto/sockets.rst:262 的地方會發生變動

這個我也有遇到，但設定正確後應該不致會像這個 PR 的第一個 commit 一樣改動那麼多

可以不用，目前觀察是不會阻礙 html doc build（你也可以再幫忙注意或實驗一下）
