The CFP portal should accept applications and people should be able to vote.

The website should have a link to the portal as well as mentioned in issue #25

I have figured out how to open the talk submission in junction repo. So once the CFP team is finalized with the Talk types we will be ready to roll.

Can we design CFP and tickets button like this on the front so everybody can see them easily? Rather put them in the drop-down.

The buttons are ready with a coming soon message. Once CFP is ready we can put the links.
