this pull request contains an update for mpop. Added are config files and readers for the HSAF H03 product (rain rate estimated by SEVIRI and polar orbiting satellites, data is available here http://hsaf.meteoam.it/precipitation.php?tab=3) and the odyssey radar composite (http://www.eumetnet.eu/odyssey-opera-data-centre). There is also a small change of the msg_seviri_hdf.py reading function that it works when you define the satellite as "Meteosat-9" instead of "meteosat" and "09".
Please have a look and give me feedback, if the function needs to be changed.
