Describe what feature you would like added.

Moved from discussion #1894

The docs for enable_point_picking state that

The picked point can either be a point on the first intersecting mesh, or a point in the 3D window.

I would like to be able to pick only points that belong to actors, and ignore the points in the 3D window.


An implementation of this is provided by @banesullivan in the discussion: #1894 (comment)
