Some docs pages seem misaligned

In the devdocs I came across the docs of PolyData.is_manifold. The page looks like this right now:

Note the huge gap above the API doc section. I thought this was related to this being a property, but e.g. PolyData.is_all_triangles doesn't have the same bug.

And I assume this is related to the super fancy new docs layout, presumably due to the recently bumped pydata-sphinx-theme:

My local documentation build is messed up as well. I have a hunch it's due to the sphinx-panels to sphinx-designmigration. For that we'll need #3159.
