Issue

This job failed as the step downloading the argocd client uses the following url https://github.com/argoproj/argo-cd/releases/latest/download/argocd-linux-amd64. But the latest released version of the client could be an old one 2.9.8 which don't include the command add-source-namespace executed by our job and available using 2.11.*
