Email Notification plugin for Question2Answer

This is a email notification plugin for popular open source Q&A platform, Question2Answer.

When a new question is asked in a category / tag , this plugin will send an email notification to all users who marked the category / tag as a favourite (star).

Installation & Usage

1. Download and extract the files to a subfolder such as q2a-email-notification inside the qa-plugins folder of your Q2A installation.

2. Go to Admin > Plugins and choose the options under Email Notifications according to your requirement .

Disclaimer

This is beta code. It is probably okay for production environments, but may not work exactly as expected. Refunds will not be given. If it breaks, you get to keep both parts.

This plugin is developed for a site with very small amount of users. It is not scalable at this point of time. If you have a site with large user base, kindly use plugin development section to contact us.
