Documentation updates for v0.5.0

The following documentation updates are needed before we can release qBraid-SDK v0.5.0:

• Programs: new QuantumProgram methods (e.g. unitary, unitary_rev_qubits, unitary_little_endian, remove_idle_qubits, reverse_qubit_order)
• Transpiler: overview new transpiler architecture including convert_to_package and conversion_graph.py, and using plot_conversion_graph as an example.
• Providers: overview new providers classes and methods. QbraidProvider: get_devices, get_device. BraketProvider: get_tasks_by_tag. QiskitProvider: ibm_least_busy_qpu
• Devices: new QuantumDevice methods: transpile, compile, queueDepth, run_batch, submitting "tagged" jobs using tags kwarg in run method. BraketDevice: availability_window
• Jobs: QuantumJob wait_for_final_state, status_final. BraketQuantumTask: queuePosition, get_cost
• Visualization: circuit drawer example, especially with new qasm3 draw. see Add circuit_drawer examples to docs user guide #235
• End-to-end use-case examples

For the Program guide, I will check the new methods in QuantumProgram and document those in https://docs.qbraid.com/en/latest/sdk/programs.html. I will start with this class since this is my first pull request here

I will also review v0.4.5...v0.5.0 to know the complete set of new constructs I need to document
