New beta-wallet windows/linux (buggy)

Added nodes, Changed some issues regarding confirmations. Advised not to use this wallet! If any issues be sure to add it in the issue tabs.

The client version has not been changed to allow accessibility of nodes.

Added peers.dat for temp solution. Add to the Qbiccore roaming folder. See issues for more details.
