Different speeds in the torrent list and status bar

What is the problem

Inconsistent speeds across the torrent client; torrent list shows different speed, status bar different and graph has weird spikes.

What is the expected behavior

Speed to match torrent list and status bar. No spikes in graph.

Steps to reproduce

Start downloading any torrent and look for the difference.

Extra info (if any)

Looks like there is some delay between torrent list and status bar. If you look at the downloaded data, it doesn't match as well. This issue appeared when version 4 was released and early versions do not have issue present. I think this was reported before, but I'm not sure what happened with the issue as I'm unable to find it.
