Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

v4.4.3 (64bit) Windows 10 (10.0.1xxxx)

What is the problem

If i use proxy SOCKS5 or HTTP, functions "Add Torrent Link... (with hash)" not working (parsing torrent info).
