Multi-file torrents not getting own folder #150

Sometimes (increasingly, I find), when I download a multi-file torrent (using Incomplete and Complete torrent folders) it will take all the files out of the folder in the Incomplete folder (e.g. "Incomplete/LegalTorrent/legalthing[0-10].extension") and dump them to the Complete folder without their own folder (e.g. "Complete/legalthing[0-10].extension").

I'm using the newest version of qBittorrent (3.0.6) on ArchLinux. It gets frustrating because sometimes, after restarting qBittorrent or my computer, qBittorrent won't find the files (may be a separate, but related, issue). I sometimes find that I have to use some bash scripts to get the files in the right place. And even that doesn't work, sometimes.

I realized what the problem's origin may be. Many of the multi-file torrents I have mentioned were added before 3.0.4 (if not before then), before folders for these torrents were actually listed in the "Contents" tab. So, it seems to me, qBitorrent didn't automatically give them folders in the same way as new multi-file torrents that have been added since the change. The new way of using the folders is a positive in my mind, but there should be some way of automatically updating older torrents to the new style.

I've seen this too but cannot identify whether it happens with torrents added to certain version of qBittorrent. Possibly related is the improper handling of %f and %n on the command to be run after download is complete. I've been using that to create symlinks but "%f/%n" does not do the trick for all my downloads (didn't see a separate bug for this issue yet).

I don't run any custom commands on my files, so that isn't my issue, at least.

I assume this is fixed with v3.3.3. If not open a new issue.
