New stable 4.3.9 trips on Windows Defender

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19042 Build 19042 x64

I downloaded the x64 version of 4.3.9 from Sourceforge, and both the Windows 32/64 and the x64 version through the website link. All caused a Windows Defender error, and I do not install such files.

What is the problem?

Windows Defender reported potentially unwanted program.

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to install qBittorrent 4.3.9 on recent Windows 10.
