Regression since 4.5.0 on torrent tracker status

What is the problem?

Inside Trackers tab the Peers, Seeds, Leeches and Downloaded count fetched from the stopped announce request do not update on torrent pause action.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a torrent which has trackers that report such information.
2. Pause the torrent
3. See no changes on seed/peers count(If you're a leecher, Leeches count should decrease, or vice versa for Seeds)

Additional context

Issue is not reproducible on v4.4.5 so the offending commit must have been introduced in 4.5.x series.
Before you jump into asking why this information is even needed, it actually is, in some cases, that's why it's there in all clients and they update it on torrent pause.

Log(s) & preferences file(s)

Unfortunately logs/preferences don't affect/give any hint as to what went wrong. You have to take a look into the code that parses these counts from tracker response alerts, definitely not the logs/configs.
