Problem with folder options for incomplete/completed files (Very old bug!)

Folder options for storing incomplete files, and moving them to a different folder upon completion, doesn't work as expected if "Display torrent content and some options" is checked.

As pointed out by ciaobaby;
"it appears that the 'names' of the locations are transposed before being passed to libtorrent for initialising the 'storage'"

I know this thing has been added to the bug tracker at least once before, but I wasn't able to locate it.

Since this links to a forum thread giving more details I am tagging it for v3.2.0.
I just hope that I will be able to solve all the pending issues in time.

I think this is fixed for v3.3.0 but the change cannot be backported to v3.2.x series.
You can get v3.3.0 alpha builds for Windows in the forum.
